The day after the night before…

We did a half-hour set at Moles in Bath, and gave it our all. Great venue, great crowd, great gig! Ed the sound guy was brilliant – he made us very welcome and gave me excellent technical advice on the benefits of actually plugging in my bass.

We couldn’t stay on to see the James Hamer Band – had to get up for the day job, sadly – but it was good to catch some of Third Idea’s set. Terrific youthful energy and confidence!

We played our collective socks off – I just wish I’d recorded it – and went down a storm. Just picking six or seven of your strongest songs and concentrating on them really focuses the mind, and I think we did justice to those songs.

Best gig so far.

And Bev wore a hat!
